Description

The landscape of CRM and communications technologies is confusing and constantly changing. In this session, intended for development, marketing, and communications professionals, we’ll help you wrap your heads around how all these different technologies fit together, and how they contribute to your fundraising and communication success. We’ll cover what CRMs do, how they differ from eCRMs, and why it’s valuable to integrate these systems. We’ll consider specific systems, including the most popular ones like Salesforce and Raiser’s Edge, and describe common integrations and constellations of systems. You’ll emerge with a practical understanding of the opportunities for integrating your CRM, website, and email, and some models for assessing your options and moving a project of this kind forward.
