Reinventing the Digital Participant Experience to Grow Your Peer-to-Peer Fundraising

Description

We’ve all seen the warning signs of participant fatigue: delayed activity, missed fundraising goals, lower engagement and a drop in returning participants. Leaderboards alone don’t drive fundraising – it’s up to the nonprofit to create an easy and engaging experience to drive participant success. In this session, we’ll discuss insights into how peer-to-peer fundraising continues to evolve and how to best engage and motivate today’s participants. You’ll hear insights from national leaders at Share Our Strength, GiGi’s Playhouse Inc., and Sarcoma Foundation of America as they share how they are infusing new energy into the participant experience to increase engagement, improve retention, and grow fundraising year-over-year.
