Practical Program Evaluation with Easy-to-Use Technology and Reporting at Your Fingertips

Description

Have you heard the joke about the nonprofit that got robbed? They almost lost everything until the Development Director saved the day by hiding a $50,000 check where no one would find it: the organization’s program evaluation plan.

Do you have lofty measurement and reporting goals but have trouble actually putting them into practice? You’re not alone, and this session is for you.

This interactive presentation will begin with a facilitated conversation about the pain points nonprofit leaders face in integrating key metrics into their organization’s daily operations. Session leaders will then share best practices and lessons learned from their nonprofit consulting experience assessing organizational data strategy and IT infrastructure; identifying key performance indicators; developing theories of change, logic models, program scorecards, and annual reports; and implementing technology solutions to turn key metrics into scheduled reports and dashboards that nonprofit leaders can access at the click of a button.
