Perrier Marketing on a Tap Water Budget


You’ve created an amazing fundraiser and now you need to tell people about it! Whether it’s a gala event or an end-of-year giving campaign, the first step is cutting through the noise and getting people to care enough to listen to you, so they’ll buy tickets, give you money, volunteer their time, or even just spread the word.

This session teaches the audience the fundamentals of creating a marketing plan for your campaign and inexpensive ways to execute it. We’ll review target audiences; value proposition; messaging; creating content to get (positive) attention; owned, earned, and paid media options; the importance of your call-to-action; and the sad truth (at least for the English majors among us) that marketing is all about numbers.
