Omnichannel Engagement, Optimization, and Acquisition

Description

In a series of 3 experiments with one national nonprofit, we doubled their annual online giving. In another series of experiments with a regional nonprofit, we increased their online giving through their primary donation form 88%. In another experiment, we increased lead generation 34%. Come to this session to learn how to beat industry averages for online revenue growth and acquisition while running a sophisticated branding and awareness program, online optimization, digital media, and social enterprise.
