Meet Your Mission without Breaking Your Bank: Using Free Technology Successfully with Pro Bono Resources

Submitted by: Peggy Duvette NTEN Member badge | Netsuite

Description

When leveraged correctly, technology has the power to accelerate your work to meet your mission. This power is all the better when the software is free and you have access to volunteers who can help you. However, we often spend too much time jumping on these offerings and not enough time identifying the end result and direct impact on business. Free is only useful if it’s able to be successfully implemented in making differences. Taproot and Netsuite have aligned their respective best practices to identify how to find and implement technology product donations successfully by combining the talent of corporate employees with offered resources.

This session will take you through the entire process of identifying the tools and best practices to find volunteers who can help you best leverage free technologies. Attendees will leave the session with clear next steps in finding and using free technology products and pro bono volunteers.
