In the nonprofit sector, we wear a lot of hats. We all do it anyway because we care about the mission. We are a passionate bunch. But let’s face it, despite our passion, we all need to get a lot accomplished with a limited budget and limited time to do so. We also need to recognize that cross-team collaboration is vital to fulfilling the mission. Enter the growth mindset and “growth hacking” for nonprofits.
To truly achieve growth, even in the environment of limited resources, you must shift your mindset for your P2P event marketing. In this session, Taylor Shanklin, VP of Marketing and “Peer-to-Peer Boss Lady” at Pursuant, will walk you through the growth mindset, how to adopt it at your organization, and how to apply the practice of the growth mindset to your day-to-day marketing and branding activities for your peer-to-peer events.
