Description

Getting started refreshing your organization’s brand or logo? It can be a daunting task that impacts your donors, staff, and audience. In this session, you will learn how a national organization refreshed its stale brand for the first time in 20 years. The session is a case study of successes, challenges and learning moments.

From staying organized to selecting a creative agency to announcing a new look to your audience; here are the ins and outs of managing the rebranding process.


Learning Outcomes

  • Attendees will be able to write a detailed RFP and select a creative agency that fits their organizational mission.
  • Attendees will be able to thoughtfully involve organizational stakeholders in the rebranding process, including Board members, staff, and community members.
  • Attendees will be able to create a reasonable and detailed timeline, from initial planning to external launch!
