Integrated Strategy: March For Our Lives’ Cross-team Collaboration

Description

Traditional team structures and campaigns are a thing of the past in today’s fast-paced media world. But their legacy often means that within company structures many workstreams are siloed, with strategy, collaboration and results suffering due to a lack of cross-team collaboration.

This session will discuss how March For Our Lives and Precision successfully developed an integrated model and strategy across its communications, digital, organizing and operations teams. By collaborating early, effectively, and consistently, the unified March For Our Lives team turned what could have remained a single national moment (the March For Our Lives march) into a movement (the March For Our Lives organization) with influence and staying power.

Attendees will learn about:

  • Integrated campaigns
  • Team process
  • Communications strategy
  • Advocacy strategy

Learning Outcomes

  • Learn to develop a holistic strategy
