Giving at the Speed of Light

Description

A battery of A/B tests over several months confirmed that Feeding America needed a lightning fast site to increase conversion rates they approached the team at ThinkShout. ThinkShout’s mission was to study their current site, figure out how they could break it down into structured components, and then put the puzzle back together again in Drupal in time for their key fundraising season just a few short months later.

The result was something that looks and works the same on the front end but is easier to navigate on the admin side and performs exponentially fast. Most importantly, the team’s hypothesis proved to be true — donations were up 28% YOY on Giving Tuesday alone. ThinkShout and Feeding America will walk you through the research, thought process, and challenges that went into this project along with tangible tips for how to increase site speed, engagement, and ultimately donor dollars.
