Eleanor joined Firefly in 2016 as Account Manager. Prior to her time at Firefly she worked in nonprofit theaters large and small including Chicago Shakespeare Theater, The Hangar Theatre, and Emerald City Theatre. As a nonprofit professional she wore all kinds of hats including development, event planning, communications, business strategy, and HR. She spent a stint working at NeonCRM helping organizations through the tool selection process. Eleanor has an MFA in Arts Leadership and Administration from DePaul University, a BA from Sarah Lawrence College, and spent some formative time at the University of Cape Town.
Chief Mission Officer
Mary Margaret Callahan is the Chief Mission Officer at Pet Partners, where she oversees the Therapy Animal Program which registers nine different species.
Responsible for supporting safe and effective animal-assisted interventions for the Pet Partners teams across all 50 states and internationally, Mary Margaret works to ensure highly trained and professional volunteers making a difference in their community while also promoting industry standards to ensure animal welfare.
The daughter of a veterinarian, Mary Margaret grew up surrounded by pets and has a deep appreciation for the strength of the human-animal bond. She lives in a small farm outside the Seattle area with her husband, daughter, and pets including dogs, cats, miniature goats, a mini donkey and an assortment of backyard poultry.
Senior Project Manager
Colleen brings more than seven years of digital marketing and communication experience to the Firefly Partners team, with a focus on building data driven strategies and leveraging online tools to support fundraising and communication strategies. She joined Firefly in 2013 and uses her strong project management skills, creativity, and passion for data analysis to every engagement. Prior to joining Firefly, Colleen worked in development and communications for The Global FoodBanking Network, where she developed their online fundraising and communication strategy and managed a major website redesign and online marketing tool migration project. Colleen received a B.A. in international affairs from the University of Colorado. She is a Chicago native now living in Milwaukee.
