Encore! Make Them Love You – Treating Donors Right


We’re all on the hunt for new donors – but do you have strategies in place to make sure they stick around once they are on the file? You wouldn’t invite guests over without getting the house in order first, would you?!?

In this encore session to last year’s standing-room-only session, we’ll go over the ideas presented last year for building strong welcome series’ and acknowledgements and expand on how to increase donor retention and maximize performance though thoughtful, donor-centric communications. We’ll cover everything from welcome “kits”, onboarding messaging, to acknowledgements, stewardship, appeals and renewals.
