Don’t Stop Believin’: The Acquisition to Donor Journey


This session will take fundraisers behind the scenes of Project HOPE’s “Everyone Deserves HOPE” multi-channel campaign. From email acquisition to integrated Year End campaign, this pledge and tagline was used to onboard, steward and convert new leads into donors. We’ll share strategies, creative and metrics from all channels, including email, web, multiple online advertising networks, social media, peer-to-peer texting, telemarketing, direct mail and even radio promotion! Learn tactics from all channels aimed specifically at acquiring new leads and bringing them onto your donor file.
