Director of Enterprise Products
Maggie Cameron is the Director of Enterprise Products for Personify, overseeing the strategy and execution of the product roadmap. Maggie’s team is responsible for the features, design and documentation of the products. They conduct market analysis, gather client feedback and work closely with industry experts to deliver compelling solutions to the nonprofit market. Prior to heading the product team, Maggie was Personify’s Lead Designer heading the user experience transformation of PersonifyGO. Before joining Personify, Maggie was a designer in the Washington D.C. area. Her work with the organization Not a Bully was featured on a Cesar Millan television special. She now lives in Austin, Texas with a 10-pound dog named Bear.
Senior Director, System Integration & Business Intelligence/IT
As Senior Director of Business Intelligence & System Integration at the Alzheimer’s Association, Michael works closely with business stakeholders to manage the CRM Database and data warehouse development and deployment for Senior Leadership, National organization and field offices Nationwide.. He is responsible for all aspects of data integration between multiple systems. These systems include the Association’s constituent facing websites and processing centers, financial system, reporting warehouse and CRM database. He and his team have developed, maintain and enhance real time reporting and analysis for the national organization as well as chapters for data related to Financials, Contact Center, Fulfillment and Key Performance Indicators. Michael is called upon to lead multi department work groups to assure CRM,data needs and processes are met for organization initiatives. Michael is passionate about data hygiene to assure enhanced results and constituent satisfaction, he has implemented aggressive best practices for any organization he has been involved with. Prior to joining the Alzheimer’s Association in 2007 Michael worked for Blackbaud/Target Software’s Managed Services Department as the Director of Production Management where he was in charge of hosted account production tasks and data hygiene.
