DigiLeaders 360 – Empowering Your Staff on Social

Having employees acting as brand ambassadors is an powerful tool in any organization’s social media approach. According to a recent Nielsen study, 84% of people saying that they overwhelmingly trust and value recommendations from friends, family and colleagues over other forms of marketing.

Yet examples of compelling brand advocacy on social media for nonprofit organizations are few and far between. In this session, we cover the best social platforms for employee advocacy, as well as tools and features accessible to organizations with little to no budget.

We also show case studies of organizations doing it well (including Autistica and Doctors of the World UK), and common challenges faced in setting up processes, and the best way to overcome these in an engaging, interactive way.
