For more than 15 years, Joe Moran has worked as a creative producer and nonprofit techie. As True Colors United’s Chief Innovation Officer, Joe is responsible for defining and maintaining organization-wide standards for project management, facilitating strategic thinking, developing effective systems, cultivating collaboration, and ensuring integration across all departments. He also provides creative direction and oversees the organization’s communications and marketing strategies. Joe currently sits on the board of Westbury Arts, a local arts and culture organization on Long Island, where he serves as corresponding secretary and publicity & marketing chair.
