Best Practices for Engaging Low-Tech Audiences
The evolution of technology has changed the way nonprofits communicate about what we do, reach new audiences, and engage our members and supporters. But especially for nonprofits with justice-oriented missions, how do we make sure those with limited online access and digital literacy skills are not left behind? These are often the voices we most need to hear and the communities we most want to serve.
This Sprint session will incorporate lessons and best practices from librarians, community organizers, designers, and the for-profit sector. The goal is for participants to walk out with new strategies for making your nonprofit’s communications and/or programming more accessible to low-tech audiences.
