Ana has 15+ years of experience in software development. As Chief Technology Officer, she oversees the development of the proprietary data and technology solutions that power Mothership campaigns. Ana’s experience developing web applications inside and outside the government is broad, ranging from high profile work at the Cabinet Secretary level to mission critical B2B integrations for Fortune 100 companies. She holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.

Chris Lundberg is a geek with a passion for starting and running scalable organizations that change the world. Chris launched Frakture to help companies and nonprofits efficiently handle their increasing number of data sources. Frakture has built 140+ Robots to pull data out of systems, feed a Data Warehouse, normalize and standardize that data and then pipe it where it needs to go for integrations and reporting. Chris has degrees in Aerospace Engineering and Math from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
Digital Operations and Fundraising Project Manager
Rob has twenty-five years of hands-on experience working at and with nonprofits to identify, implement and manage solutions to support nonprofit marketing technology. He is currently the Digital Operations and Fundraising Project Manager at AARP Foundation where he manages fundraising technology solutions to support the organization’s Direct Response and Major Giving units.
Before joining AARP Foundation Rob worked for the Rad Campaign, a leading web agency serving the nonprofit sector, as Senior Web Director. As the primary project lead, he worked with his team to identify a strategic roadmap for success. He also worked as the Director of Marketing Technology for Defenders of Wildlife. A signature achievement at Defenders included the revamp of the institution’s website Defenders.org. The site was migrated to a new CMS and integrated with the organization’s ECRM and CRM.
