Adam Good has been working with organizations on their engagement strategies and platforms since “social widgets” were a thing and MySpace was still the space. He blends his professional experience in communication strategy, organizational change and digital engagement with a lifelong love of board games, music production and experimental poetry and art. The throughline connecting these interests is an abiding fascination with the systems that connect and empower people to have meaningful experiences and change the world. Beyond these interests, Adam is a voracious consumer of ideas and information across sources and boundaries; he folds his findings from all fields into an ever-evolving notion of engagement.
Throughout his career, Adam has had the privilege of working with leading edge organizations on a wide range of digital communication projects. He’s worked on enterprise-level site redesigns for the Brookings Institution and Amnesty International USA, social media campaigns for the U.S. Fund for UNICEF, celebrity-driven video marketing campaigns for IBM, marketing automation efforts for Urban Land Institute and the Washington Center for Equitable Growth, and custom software development for the Folger Shakespeare Library. He even created a seemingly paradoxical “exclusive, shareable social widget” for the U23D movie site and social campaign, driving millions of U23D superfans to unlock a widget easter egg to reveal a secret backstage entrance behind which lay exclusive music and videos.
Through Adam’s independent art practice focused on collaborative, interactive experiences, he has had the honor of presenting work at institutions such as the Phillips Collection, Bien/Bielle Festival of Photography, Corcoran College of Art and Textile Museum in Washington, DC.

Amanda Smith is a Digital Engagement Specialist for Enterprise Community Partners, a national nonprofit creating opportunity for low- and moderate-income people through affordable housing in diverse, thriving communities. She is responsible for managing a wide variety of email sends, while modernizing Enterprise’s email marketing efforts including automation, customer journeys and data-driven, targeted outreach.
She has a BA in Communication and recently completed her Digital Marketing certificate from Georgetown University. In any spare time you can find her working on an embroidery hoop, cheering on the Atlanta Falcons and playing 18 games in a row of Hi-Ho Cherry-O with her husband and 5-year old while her two cats, Lulu and Glitter look on.

Natalie turns email into revenue, using automation strategies to help expand a network of professionals dedicated to the responsible use of land and creating and sustaining thriving communities worldwide. Email, however, is not her lonesome lover: through a targeted multi-channel strategy, she helps drive recruitment and retention numbers by way of direct mail, telemarketing, web, and paid ad strategies.
It was during her time in the Middle East, in the midst of electricity cuts, water shortages, and bordering wars, where Natalie fully realized the benefits of being adaptable. Inquisitive by nature, Natalie is driven by experimentation in all that she does, using her enthusiasm for consumer behavior and empathetic global perspective to drive results.
The proud daughter of immigrants, Natalie studied marketing and psychology at the University of Iowa, followed by linguistics and Middle East studies at the American University of Beirut. She enjoys languages, spicy foods, and yoga.
