Agile Project Management: Holy Grail or doomed to fail?

Description

Agile methodology has been around for a few years now, and at this point most nonprofit organizations have tried using it with mixed results. Join us for a real case study of a nonprofit organization that went from a skeptical adopter into Agile’s biggest champion.

With tight budgets, a very tight deadline, and teams scattered all over the world, this large revamp project needed a very unique approach to meet its goals and be successful.  We will discuss the specific steps taken to prepare the team on the process, the strategy, metrics and tools used to manage the project, and the governance and oversight that helped make this a success.

Come join us to also learn about the lessons learned and the bumps along the way.
