A few helpful reminders:

  • You can make any edits or updates to your proposals until August 11.
  • You may submit up to 5 proposals per organization.
  • Proposals cannot be changed after August 11.
  • Community input on proposals happens between August 19 – August 30.
  • Community input results are reviewed and session selections made in September.
  • Notifications will be sent out on September 30.
