Care2 , hjc and NTEN are excited to release the 2019 Digital Outlook Report, which captures the digital strategy landscape in nonprofit organizations, as well as strategies in 2019 for staffing, tactics, tools, and more.

We then steer our way to the ocean of uncertainty surrounding cross-team communication. It’s a topic we’ve approached in the past, but this year we’ve got some quick tips to cross-skill your team that requires no budget, little time, and will keep your crew happy.

Elena is a marketing specialist from London, England with vast non-profit experience in the UK, Canada and the United States. Having worked for agencies with a range of clients and as part of in-house marketing teams, she understands the needs of both sides and can effectively plan, administer and optimize omnichannel campaigns.
As a Digital Marketing Account Executive, Elena liaises closely with clients to define campaign objectives then produces comprehensive marketing strategies and execution to drive robust lead generation and brand building efforts. Her marketing experience is profoundly well-rounded with specialisms in fundraising, PPC, SEO, email, social media, analytics, design theory and more.
Nonprofit Digital Consultant
Charly Jarrett has spent well over the last decade dedicating her life to fundraising for great causes and organisations. She believes that a combination of creative solutions & embracing technology is the way forward for a modern nonprofit. Now specialising in online giving, she oversees fully integrated fundraising campaigns that consistently surpass targets.
When she isn’t working, you can find her at the dog park with her 13 year old dog Bambam.
Director, Strategy & Partnerships
For more than twenty years, Jennifer has been a direct response fundraiser, working at such well-known charities as GMHC, The ASPCA, Greenpeace, the National Alliance on Mental Illness, and CARE USA.
While at The ASPCA and Greenpeace, she significantly increased supporter numbers & revenue and developed large monthly donor acquisition programs using mail, telemarketing, email, face to face, and DRTV. She also served as an internal consultant to 30 international Greenpeace offices, implementing and improving their fundraising programs around the world. At CARE USA, she grew and diversified a complex, 65-year old program, bringing new techniques to out-of-date campaigns.
In recent years, Jennifer worked as a consultant, helping raise revenue for the Prostate Cancer Foundation, the AARP Foundation, Susan G. Komen for the Cure, The Smile Train, and dozens of humane societies and SPCA’s around the country.
Jennifer joined Care2 in 2016, where she loves helping nonprofits find new and amazing supporters, donors & advocates for their causes.
Jennifer is a graduate of New York University and lives in Atlanta with her husband and their “children” who all have four paws and tails (the cats, not the husband).
