Humanizing Digital Inclusion


Digital inclusion services are most valuable when they go beyond tech skills training, providing a computer, and hooking up a resident to broadband. For technology to effectively empower people and transform lives, providers need to recognize the real-life causes of the digital divide, including homelessness, health problems, mental health, and family care.

  • Find out how to address a spectrum of client challenges: technical, cultural, economic
  • Understand gaps in current tech education programs and the value of soft skills training
  • Use strategic partnerships to help your clients get wraparound services that enable their success
