Feeling tight from sitting in a conference hall for 3 days? Join your NTEN yogi friends Trish and Kim for a lunchtime yoga session that will help you shake off the conference cobwebs. There will be two separate groups for beginner vs intermediate/advanced yogis, so whether you're brand new to yoga or if you namaste all day, we will have a flow for you. See you there!
