The 2021 Nonprofit Technology Conference (21NTC) is your best opportunity to connect with senior nonprofit management, technology consultants, and nonprofit thought leaders from around the sector. Plus, we’re a whole lot more fun than any other event!Sponsor Acceptance: This document, when signed by the Sponsor, constitutes a binding, irrevocable, legal obligation in application to participate in NTEN’s 2021 Nonprofit Technology Conference (NTC), March 23–25, 2021.

Your 21NTC sponsorship gives you the unique opportunity to:

All sponsorships will include traditional branding opportunities on the 21NTC website and new opportunities within the online event. Sponsorships are limited. Returning 20NTC sponsors and exhibitors will receive an additional pre-recorded demo benefit regardless of their sponsorship package.

  • 45 second pre-recorded video airing during the conference.
  • 30-min pre-recorded demo, promoted before and after the live event. Demo featured in marketplace profile and in demo showcase.

  • Logo on the 21NTC website.
  • 10 complimentary registrations to 21NTC.

Marketplace $5,000

Inclusion in our virtual conference marketplace provides opportunities to share information and connect with conference attendees. This is more expensive than a booth at an in-person NTC, but since exhibitor costs will be lower and you’ll have access to more attendees, the virtual NTC is worth your investment.

    As a part of our Equity Commitment, we expect all sponsors and exhibitors to operate with their own Commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and representatives will be subject to the NTEN Code of Conduct.


    Exhibiting and Sponsorship is contingent upon receipt of payment in full. If the full amount of the exhibit or sponsor payment has not been received before the start of the Nonprofit Technology Conference (NTC), NTEN reserves the right to cancel exhibit booth or sponsorship without any rebate or allowances.

    You (Exhibitor or Sponsor) agree that upon acceptance of this Contract by NTEN with payment of the sponsor fee, this Contract shall become legally binding in accordance with its terms. Acceptance of the contract will be made by NTEN via the NTC website. The individual signing this document represents and warrants that you are duly authorized to execute this binding contract on behalf of the contracting company. You agree to be bound by the Application & Contract, Contract Terms, and/or any other regulations issued prior to the NTC. The Exhibitor or Sponsor also agrees to comply with all federal, state and local laws, as well as the rules of the conference hotel and convention center. Terms are enforced regardless of whether or not Exhibitor of Sponsor attends the event. Should the agreement be referred to a collection agency for any reason, You (Exhibitor or Sponsor) are responsible for costs associated with any and all collection efforts.


    In the event that the Exhibitor or Sponsor wishes to cancel the sponsorship granted in this Agreement, Exhibitor or Sponsor must send a notice of cancellation in writing to NTEN, c/o Amy Sample Ward. Requests can be submitted via email or mail to amy@nten.org or 621 SW Alder St., Suite 310, Portland, OR 97205.

    Exhibitor and Sponsorship fees are nonrefundable.

    NTEN event registration fees are fully refundable within 30 days of registering for the event, through February 11, 2021. A $50 handling/processing fee will be charged, and the balance of your registration fee will be refunded. If you do not cancel by 11:59pm PT on February 11, 2021, or if you fail to show up for the event, no refund will be issued. All refund requests must be made in writing and should be emailed to events@nten.org.

    Registration fees may be transferred from one registrant to another. Please call 503-272-8800 to arrange a substitution. All registration refunds for the Nonprofit Technology Conference will be processed by April 30, 2021.

    All NTEN event sponsorship or exhibitor fees are non-refundable.


    It is against NTEN’s privacy policy to provide the names and contact information of any of our members or event attendees. Lead retrieval is available for rental through NTEN’s preferred show provider.


    If the premises where the event is to be housed are destroyed or damaged, or the event fails to take place as scheduled or is relocated or interrupted and discontinued or access to the premises is prevented or interfered with by reason of any strike, lockout, injunction, act of war, act of god, emergency declared by any government agency, or for any other reason, this contract may be terminated by NTEN. In the event of such termination, the Exhibitor or Sponsor waives any and all damages and claims for damages. Exhibitor and Sponsorship fees are nonrefundable.


    NTEN reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any Exhibitor or Sponsor. NTEN reserves sole control over admission policies. These Contract Terms are established for the mutual protection of NTEN and the Exhibitor or Sponsor. NTEN reserves the right to make such changes in the time schedule or in the general plan of the Exhibit Hall as may be deemed by NTEN to be generally in the best interests. All matters and questions not covered by these Contract Terms are subject to the decision of NTEN.


    Exhibit space will be assigned in the order reservations are received. Exhibit management shall use its best efforts to locate the booth in one of the locations designated by the exhibitor in the agreement.


    For Exhibitor or Sponsor badges, please refer to your current Sponsorship Guide or MOU, as complimentary badge numbers vary with each sponsorship or exhibit type. Badge sharing is not permitted.


    The aisles and all other spaces in the event space shall be under the control of NTEN. All displays, interviews, conferences, distribution of literature, lectures or any other type of activity shall be conducted inside the space allotted to each sponsor or exhibitor.


    Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Contract, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Rules of the American Arbitration Association, and judgment upon the award rendered by the Arbitrator(s) may be entered in any Court having jurisdiction thereof. Arbitration will be held in Oregon. This contract shall be deemed entered into in Oregon, and shall be interpreted according to the laws of the state of Oregon.


    Sponsor or Exhibitor warrants that it is the owner or licensee of all intellectual property used by Sponsor or Exhibitor at the NTC or in promotion thereof. Sponsor or Exhibitor agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NTEN for any action brought against NTEN and any cost incurred by NTEN, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of any dispute involving intellectual property owned or used by Exhibitor or Sponsor at NTC or in promotion thereof.
