Mark Santiago is the Founder of Converge Leads, a Facebook advertising strategy company for the nonprofit industry. While Mark worked for a mid-tier nonprofit, he was responsible for increasing email revenue 40% YoY, decreasing donor acquisition costs by 91%, and creating a culture of optimization, which lead to being promoted to lead the digital marketing team. After leaving the nonprofit world, Mark founded Converge Leads, and helps nonprofits leverage Facebook advertising to acquire and retain donors.
