Carlos has several years of experience working with adult learners. He has led technology, accessibility, and social justice training sessions in public libraries, healthcare, and non-profit organizations. He primarily teaches through classroom instruction, one-on-one lessons, video tutorials, and tip sheets. A native Spanish-speaker, Carlos uses humor and analogies to strengthen lessons and build rapport in his classes. In 2017, his work was recognized by the Library Journal Magazine. Carlos believes in the importance of lifelong learning, being flexible in the workplace, and helping others reach their goals. Originally from Los Angeles, Carlos has called the Pacific Northwest home for the last ten years.
