We strive to be inclusive and to increase diversity in NTEN’s member base. We have allocated a number of membership scholarships for individuals and organizations who identify as part of an underrepresented group as well as for those who don’t have the resources to join.

We encourage community members from underrepresented groups, including people of color, members of the LGBTQA community, and people living in rural areas, to apply for membership scholarships. Feel that you belong to an underrepresented group, but don’t fit into any of the previous categories? Do not hesitate to apply for a scholarship. The above categories are examples of how we seek to diversify NTEN’s membership, but this is by no means the limits of the diversity we work towards.

Finances should not pose a barrier to NTEN membership. Do not hesitate to apply for a scholarship if you wouldn’t otherwise be able to join.

These scholarships are for one year of complimentary membership. Contact with questions.

  • Individual memberships cover just one person. Organizational memberships cover everyone at your organization, regardless of size.
