3.Account Primary Contact

Each organizational account has a sole Primary Contact who manages the NTEN Membership for your team. The Primary Contact can add or remove staff, edit staff contact information, pay invoices, and perform other administrative tasks.

4.Find or Change Organizational Primary Contact

Your organizational Primary Contact is the manager for your organization’s NTEN membership account. This person can add, edit, and remove staff from your account, among other administrative tasks. There may be times when you will need that person to help you manage your account.

1) Log into the NTEN site. Or, if already logged in, click the “Account” button at the top right of the screen.

2) From your profile, go to the “My Organization” tab.

3) The Primary Contact for your organizational account will be listed at the top of the “My Organization” tab.

4) To change your account’s organizational Primary Contact: Make sure you’re connected to your organizational account and ask the existing Primary Contact to transfer the role to you. Or, if your Primary Contact has left your organization or can’t be reached for some reason, you may contact NTEN and we can make this change on your behalf.

5.Add Staff to Organizational Account

Only a user with the role of Primary Contact can add staff to an organizational account. If you are not the Primary Contact but need to complete this task, follow the Find or Change Organizational Primary Contact tutorial.

1) Log into the NTEN site. Or, if already logged in, click the “Account” button at the top right of the screen.

2) From your profile, go to the “My Organization” tab.

10.Receive a Copy of an Invoice

Invoices are sent to the purchaser via email immediately after the transaction. Currently, the only way to request an additional digital or paper copy is to contact NTEN. In the near future, users will have the ability to download invoices directly from their online accounts.
