Lautman Maska Neill & Company is hiring a Sr. Digital Account Specialist to join our growing digital department and work with some incredible nonprofits!

As a Senior Digital Advertising Specialist, you will run the digital advertising programs for several nonprofit clients. Working as part of a multi-channel team, you will create the strategy and manage the execution of advertising campaigns across a variety of platforms, monitoring results and providing recommendations to optimize performance, and budgets, along the way.

We are looking for someone who has proven, successful experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Microsoft Ads – and who is familiar with eCRMs such as Engaging Networks and EveryAction. You should have 3-5 years of experience in digital advertising with the ability to multi-task, work in a detailed manner, think analytically, and be a creative problem solver. The salary range is $70,000-80,000 and we offer excellent benefits.
