We are looking for 2 full-time Digital Directors to lead our digital campaigns work. 

The Digital Director, Ads should be an experienced, creative, innovative leader looking to be part of a dynamic team to implement compelling ad campaigns. They are responsible for leading the Color Of Change’s digital advertising program and proactively identifying opportunities to drive engagement and brand awareness. Drawing on their experience with digital media and project management, this role will be leading and building an in-house ad digital program team. 

We are seeking to hire an experienced Digital Fundraising Director who can maximize and optimize our effectiveness in acquiring, retaining, and cultivating grassroots donors online. This role will be the lead strategist in developing our digital fundraising program and building a team to meet this historic moment, including improving the long-term sustainability of our recurring fundraising program to solidify increasing monthly support.

Salary Range for both roles starts at $110K
