About the Role:
As a Digital Advertising Specialist, you will play a lead role in the digital advertising programs for several nonprofit clients. Working as part of a multi-channel team, you will help develop and execute digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms that recruit new supporters and raise money for incredible causes.
About Your Responsibilities:
o Create and manage advertising strategy for assigned clients, including:
o Draft strategic recommendations including testing, audience targeting, creative direction, and platforms.
o Analyze results and report to clients on performance
o Write ad copy and work with art to get art deliverables created
o Assist with annual campaign budget creation, track spending, and recommend spending changes based on ad performance.
o Execute advertising campaigns, including:
o Create ads inside ads platform
o Send data requests and load audience data into the ads platform
o Work with client or digital production specialist to get pixels, donation pages, and advocacy pages associated with ads properly set up
o Monitor ad performance and make recommendations to optimize ads based on performance in real-time (i.e., audience adjustments, turning off ads that are not effective, etc.)
About Your Skills:
To succeed in this position, candidates will have 3 years of digital advertising experience, preferably with a non-profit or agency. You have experience using Google Campaign Manager and Meta Business Manager, running display search. You understand pixel management. You should be extremely detail-oriented, work well as part of a team, be able to multi-task and be highly organized.
