Overview of the Position
Family Promise is seeking candidates for the Systems & Integration Engineer position which is a full-time position that will be responsible for integrating key components of the Family Promise technical ecosystem; supporting the Enterprise Architect in developing robust solutions that facilitate the Technology Team’s ability to deliver robust solutions to our stakeholders; and develops and maintains the Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CICD) pipeline infrastructure that supports the Technology Team’s development, test, and deployment of our technical deliverables. This employee reports to the Chief Technology Officer.

  • Document and demonstrate solutions designs, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams in Lucid Chart, code comments, Jira, and Confluence
  • Support the Enterprise Architect in establishing a technology strategy and roadmap that supports current and future business capabilities
  • Implement and maintain CICD pipeline capabilities to automate deployment of technical deliverables
  • Serve as a backup Salesforce Administrator
  • Develop new application integrations and provide daily operational support
  • Distribute information and knowledge including schedules, designs, status updates, and other information through Confluence

Required Qualifications

  • Experience developing and using web services and integrating applications through web services
  • Development experience with Java Spring Boot or similar framework
  • Experience implementing, configuring, and maintaining CICD pipeline tools
  • Proficiency in using Atlassian’s Confluence and Jira products
  • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environments

Preferred Qualifications
·      Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, computer science, or information technology or equivalent experience
