About The Opportunity

Our Digital Advertising Coordinator supports the Advertising Executive in managing, optimizing, testing, and tracking all aspects of online advertising for our nonprofit clients, from annual planning to creative development and implementation. This person works closely with the client service team to evolve and expand our online advertising programs, driving program growth, revenue, and engagement.

 

As A Member Of The Team, You Will…

  • Build creative, compelling campaigns to implement across multiple digital platforms
  • Develop and optimize search marketing campaigns across multiple search engines
  • Manage and optimize Google Ad and Grant accounts
  • Work with third-party vendors to drive increased growth and performance for search engine marketing campaigns
  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for new programs, campaign settings, audience targeting, and creative ad formats to maximize program performance and client goals
  • Strategize and execute creative testing strategies to identify the most effective ads and techniques to various audiences
  • Produce reporting and analyze results
  • Maintain ongoing reports for client programs
  • A/B test and continually measure performance

What You Might Bring To The Office

  • 2+ years of experience in the following areas: search marketing, display media and paid social
  • Knowledge of online advertising fundamentals, including selling on different platforms through effective promotion
  • Experience making data-driven decisions using analytics, A/B testing, campaign reports and dashboards
  • Understanding of online advertising metrics
  • Working knowledge and understanding of advertising platforms including Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, Google DoubleClick, and Google Ads
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
