CRM Support Associate
The Sierra Club is seeking a CRM Support Associate to join our team. Sierra Club is building a nationwide grassroots movement to end our dependence on fossil fuels, sustain and expand a robust network of protected wildlands, and create a just, clean, 100% clean energy future. The CRM Support Associate will advance the work of this effort by supporting and maintaining technical tools and systems that increase organizational effectiveness, training staff and volunteers to use Salesforce and for power building purposes, and provide backup training and support on NGP VAN. In addition, this role will assist with standardizing data collection methods, data entry and analysis, sharing information about Club data policies, and identifying the correct tools for the task at hand.
