Business Intelligence Analyst

As a member of the Advancement Services team, the Business Intelligence Analyst provides support in the delivery of information to advance the mission of the College. This position uses the Advancement system and data warehouse to produce informational assets to include in-depth analysis, reports, lists, charts and dashboards that assist stakeholders across the College with engaging alumni and raising private funds. You will consult with end-users to analyze their ongoing needs and develop reliable solutions and assist in the development of analytics to evaluate advancement metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field with at least two years of job-related experience (advancement or data reporting); higher education or non-profit organization preferred
- Business Analysis or related technical experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, database systems, SQL, reporting tools (Argos), dashboard tools (Tableau) and Banner Advancement or similar ERP systems
- Ability to handle confidential information, maintain and update files with a high degree of accuracy, and sensitivity to the importance of stewardship and donor relations
