Your Role
The Associate Director of Digital Marketing is a critical member of the Customer Acquisitions Team. You will collaborate with staff members across IT, Admissions, and Recruitment to execute a digital marketing strategy to attract quality applicants for the Urban Teachers program. You will manage digital advertising and social platforms ensuring on-brand, consistent messaging. You will design and implement a communications plan for applicants matriculating through the application process.
Target Start Date: August 5, 2019
Location: Baltimore

Responsibilities:

  • Execute and monitor the performance of recruitment advertising campaigns across all digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google Search, Indeed, Handshake etc.)
  • Manage Google Ads Grant
  • Coordinate digital on-campus recruitment efforts
  • Develop and manage all recruitment drip campaigns delivered through Salesforce Pardot
  • Maintain Urban Teachers website, coordinating with contractor(s) as needed
  • Develop and manage social media strategy
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for asset/collateral development including photos, videos, graphics, ad templates and swag

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or closely related role with a strong history of meeting or exceeding goals
  • Strong time/project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of database concepts and segmentation
  • Experience with email marketing automation providers such as Pardot, Hubspot, Marketo or similar
  • Basic knowledge of WordPress
  • Experience utilizing Google Analytics, HTML and CSS is a plus
