  • Provide application support, answer questions, and build great relationships with users.
  • Become well versed in all business rules and the individual processes and workflows across Development and offer suggestions for improvement.
  • Validate data and test system functionality during database upgrades and conversions.
  • Evaluate how changes to functionality may impact user experience, data integrity, business rules, and system workflows, and provide feedback to management.
  • As needed, assist with process documentation, provide backup to training staff, and contribute to team projects.

You have:

  • Bachelor’s degree (required) or Master’s degree (preferred) and 1-4 years of relevant data analysis experience.
  • Ability to synthesize and present highly complex/technical information so that it is clear and easy to understand.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Has a high level of attention to detail, process and organization.
  • Has enthusiasm, patience and a positive attitude.
  • Has a curious nature and drive for continuous improvement.
  • Is eager to collaborate and work in teams, but feels equally comfortable with independent work.
  • Has experience and interest in fundraising and the CRM database used to support Development efforts.
