Alliance for Community Media (“ACM”) would like to create a new website CMS to increase engagement and ease staff and member usability through online tools. ACM currently has a public-facing website (http://www.allcommunitymedia.org/), but it lacks many of ACM’s major goals toward empowering their members by providing direct and simple access to tools and a variety of resources online. ACM is looking for submissions by creative agencies (“Vendor”) to help accomplish the below goals and deliverables. See attached for the RFP.
