Webinar: Get a Grip on Technology Management: People, Hardware, Software, Oh My!

This webinar is the second installment of a 3 part series on Nonprofit Technology 101.

This session will get you started on moving away from being reactive with technology. We’ll provide some simple steps for starting to get a handle on technology in your organization. This includes not only your hardware and software, but the human side of the equation.

We’ll show you how an organization’s culture, needs, resources and environment (not the tools) help guide thoughtful use of technology. You’ll be shown some tools to help you get started in moving away from a reactive, knee-jerk “band-aid” approach to a smarter more thoughtful approach.

Takeaways include:

  • Assessing your technology
  • Understanding the human side of the technology equation
  • What makes a technology appropriate for your organization
