Whether you build it in-house, with a volunteer, or through a consultant or agency, understanding the redesign process ahead of time prepares you and your nonprofit to get a website that works and lasts.
We’ll outline the high-level phases of a website redesign project as well as how to articulate organizational needs, website scope, and other elements that permeate every each phase of the project. You will establish the right foundation for success at the start of a website update or redesign project.
