Course: Advanced Digital Engagement in Fundraising

Fundraising through digital engagement is a rapidly changing landscape. It is easy to get caught up in chasing the latest trend only to lose track of the bigger picture.

Learn how to achieve greater success in your campaigns by building a strong foundational strategy and focusing on how to connect, communicate, and cultivate donor relationships through digital marketing.

You’ll get a framework for developing advanced fundraising campaigns across all digital channels. We will walk through a complete fundraising campaign funnel, from advertising to email followups, while showcasing examples of practical techniques.

Speaker: Mark Santiago
Mark Santiago is the Founder of Converge Leads, a Facebook advertising strategy company for the nonprofit industry. While Mark worked for a mid-tier nonprofit, he was responsible for increasing email revenue 40% YoY, decreasing donor acquisition costs by 91%, and creating a culture of optimization, which lead to being promoted to lead the digital marketing team. After leaving the nonprofit world, Mark founded Converge Leads, and helps nonprofits leverage Facebook advertising to acquire and retain donors.
