In this course, you’ll discuss tips and strategies to effectively engage volunteers in multiple channels. Additionally, we’ll examine how nonprofits are currently leveraging volunteers to expand their impact. You’ll leave with new perspectives on involving volunteers across the organization, from direct service to behind the scenes, in both short-term and long-term relationships.

Jeanne Allen Consulting
Jeanne teaches and consults with nonprofits in the intersection of Strategy, Leadership and Innovation. She is passionate about the network and technology mindset that nonprofits need to succeed in today\'s environment, Jeanne is a local organizer for NCTech4Good, and loves building the relationships to make that group successful. As a master trainer, facilitator and consultant, she definitely uses her extrovert tendencies to influence and create change.
