Description
You work day in and day out to transform society so that everyone, especially the most vulnerable among us, has an opportunity to thrive. You love what you do, but you have too many things on your plate, are continually putting out fires, and never have enough time and resources to get everything done. You want to take your leadership to the next level, but you’re not sure how. Maybe you’re wondering how others seem to be able to lean in and lead with calm, focus, and compassion, even during chaos and crisis.
If this sounds like you, no matter your level or role in your organization, join this interactive course on being a mindful leader and social change agent in uncertain times. Bring an open mind and heart to this experiential learning and skills-based course, which will include exercises that encourage you to assess what drives you and to confront daunting concepts like legacy and mortality. You’ll explore evidence-based techniques to help slow down and shift from being mindless leaders to mindful leaders.
There will be no case studies or complicated research to unpack. Just commit to making a positive impact and taking your leadership skills to the next level. Come prepared to pause, reflect, share, and practice being a more mindful leader and leave with practical insights you can immediately implement.
