Technology Leadership Academy Extra Rewards:

It's hard to put a number on all these benefits but if you wanted to try, it would go something like this:
17.5 hours of training @ $50/hour: $875

As you can see, showing the ROI on participation in the Academy is easy. Executive Directors and Tech Responsible staff will have to work hard together to achieve these points but is very doable with a little effort.
Eligibility
To be eligible, each organization will have to acrue 25 participation points throughout the Academy. Participation points will be gained according to the following:
- Core Session Attendance (required for both participants) - 1 point each (18 possible)
- Learning Forum Attendance - 1 point each (18 possible)
- Answer to Weekly Discussion Question - 1 point per week (9 possible)
