2011 Nonprofit Technology Staffing & Investments Survey Report
Submitted by Annaliese on Fri, 06/01/2012 - 8:27am
The results of the 2011 NTEN survey of the NTEN and The NonProfit Times communities regarding technology staffing, budgets, and practices are now available in this report.
Since 2006, NTEN has produced the annual Nonprofit Technology (formerly "IT") Staffing and Investments survey and report for the nonprofit sector. The reports are valuable tools for organizations as they gauge their own investments and practices against others, as well as an important resource for the nonprofit and technology sectors as it chronicles how the nonprofit sector invests in technology -- from staffing levels to technology budgets
Nearly 1,000 nonprofit professionals filled out the latest annual survey, sponsored by NTEN and The NonProfit Times, providing us with another year of benchmarks and data concerning: salaries, outsourcing, organizational structure, and other aspects of Nonprofit Technology practices.
You'll find in this year's report:
- Improved Benchmarks: Apply these to your own budget planning and grant proposals
- Improved "Technology Adoption Level" assessment
- A new "Technology Effectiveness Score"
- And, of course, salary and budget data to compare your own to!
