Monitor Liability Managers, LLC
Booth: 19

Nonprofits face risks every day. Lawsuits brought against organizations range from employment issues — such as harassment, discrimination and wrongful termination — to business practices issues, such as defamation, misappropriation, copyright/patent infringement and misrepresentation.
Costly litigation and settlements, loss of donations and negative publicity are just some of the consequences your organization could face if you are sued. Even if the case is dismissed, you could incur defense costs and the lawsuit could be a distraction from your mission.
Nonprofits do not have to face these risks alone. A Nonprofit Management Liability Insurance policy from Monitor Liability Managers, LLC protects directors, officers and the organization from lawsuit expenses. Monitor issues policies through Carolina Casualty Insurance Company, rated “A+” (Superior) by A.M. Best Company.
With premiums starting at $650 and deductibles of $500, an insurance policy is more affordable than you think. Terms vary depending on total assets, activities of the nonprofit and number of employees.
