Our one-day Science Fair is an exhibit hall full -- and we do mean full -- of exhibits, hands-on demonstrations, and valuable resources that attendees love. With no concurrent sessions to distract, the Science Fair becomes the sole focus of the NTC for 5 hours on the very first day of the conference. A must-see event for our attendees, it’s even open to the public.

Be Seen at the Science Fair

Tuesday, April 3 from 3:00-8:00 PM

The Science Fair is a dedicated, scheduled destination, the site of the NTC's Opening Reception, where we welcome attendees over food and drinks. NTEN prize giveaways draw even more participants.

By exhibiting at the science fair, you'll show your support of the nonprofit community while gaining a guaranteed, interested audience of nonprofit leaders. Demonstrate your product or service and distribute promotional materials to reach your target audiences as you collect contact information for your database.

Exhibitors receive:

  • One 10’ wide x 8’ deep dedicated exhibit area 
  • One 2’ x 6’ skirted table and 2 chairs 
  • Electricity and one power strip 
  • Wireless high-speed Internet Access 
  • One 17” flat panel display monitor 
  • One 11”x17” black and white sign 
  • Inclusion of contact information in the conference program book 
  • Inclusion of contact information and exhibit description in the “Science Fair Guide” to be provided to all Science Fair attendees
  • Inclusion of contact information, exhibit description and link to Exhibitor website from the conference website, accessible for a minimum of six months from the conference conclusion 
  • Rotating ad on the online conference community
  • One complimentary registration for the 2011 conference. Additional conference registrations can be purchased for the lowest available price.

When is the 2012 Science Fair?

The Science Fair will be held on Tuesday, April 3 on Day One of the 2012 NTC, from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Exhibitors can begin setting up at 12 noon and teardown begins promptly at 8:00pm.
