NTC Speaker Agreement
We are here to ensure that you have a successful NTC session but we need your cooperation to do that. Please review and agree to the following:
Deadlines and Important Dates:
- January 14, 2012: Session Setup Forms Due
- February 25, 2012: Session Materials Due
- April 3-5, 2012: Nonprofit Technology Conference in San Francisco
I agree and understand that I am responsible to:
- Do my best to plan a creative, informative NTC Session (We have resources to help you at http://nten.org/ntc/speakers.)
- Complete the requested items by the above deadlines (If we do not have your information by these deadlines, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or inclusion of your session in conference materials.)
- Register for the NTC at the lowest conference rate of $399 (We ask all speakers and session designers to volunteer their time and expertise at the NTC. This allows us to keep the conference rate as low as possible for the sector. If you plan to ONLY attend your session, the registration fee will be waived.)
- In the interest of diversity at the NTC, you will only be allowed to lead or speak at 2 sessions.
- To maintain good representation of nonprofits, for-profit vendors and consultants planning a panel session are required to have at least one nonprofit speaker.
- Agree to allow my NTC session to be live-streamed if chosen.
