As social networks and new technology tools are heralded as the wave of the future, CTCs and the clients that frequent them, often multi-lingual, lower income and lacking adequate technology skills, are consistently forgotten from this conversations. How can we, as non-profit technology advocates and providers, take responsibility for addressing gaps in accessibility and usability in social networks and tools that are meant to work with communities and make the world a more just, equitable place?
